🩸 Your Blood Test May Not Tell You Everything:

Many people undergo routine blood tests and assume that a normal report means everything is fine.

But Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 are often not included in routine blood check-ups unless specifically requested.

A deficiency can remain unnoticed for a long time, while early awareness gives us an opportunity to take appropriate action.

Why does this matter?

🔹 Vitamin D — important for bone health, muscle function & calcium metabolism
🔹 Vitamin B12 — essential for red blood-cell formation, healthy nerves & neurological function

If a simple test costing a few hundred rupees can identify a deficiency early, shouldn’t we consider its value—not just its cost?

Make preventive health a habit

🩸 Regular health check-up: At least once a year
🩺 After 40: Consider more frequent monitoring, potentially every 6 months, depending on individual health risks
📋 Don’t check only routine parameters: Ask your lab to include Vitamin D & Vitamin B12 in your blood test.

Prevention is not about spending more on healthcare—it is about making informed decisions early to avoid bigger health challenges in the future.

Early Awareness → Early Action → Better Long-Term Health

Prevention is always better than cure.
